experience for our Iftar offerings. This policy outlines the terms related to refunds, returns,
and cancellations for online bookings made through the Bank of Maldives (BML) payment
gateway.
1. Booking Confirmation & Payment
- All Iftar bookings are confirmed only upon successful online payment via the BML
payment gateway.
- A confirmation email or receipt will be sent upon successful transaction
completion.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booked Iftar date: Eligible for a
full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked Iftar date or no-
shows: Non-refundable.
3. Modification & Rescheduling
- Modifications to the booking date may be accommodated based on availability,
provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Iftar.
- Date changes are subject to approval and must be communicated via +960 7622667
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original
payment method.
- Hulhule Island Hotel is not responsible for any additional processing delays from
the bank or payment service provider.
- Any transaction fees charged by BML or third-party payment processors may be
non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure & Special Cases
- If an event beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or
technical failures) forces a cancellation from our side, guests will receive a full
refund or the option to reschedule.
